All confirmed exclusive Playstation 5 games announced so far.
As all the gaming community eagerly waiting for this movement where Sony revealed their most-awaited next-generation games. Sony released some of the games on 12 June 2020 in the future of gaming events where they also revealed the design and specs of Playstation 5. We already talked about that in our previous post.
Here we are going to discuss the top 5 games released on PS5 (PlayStation 5). Although Sony reveals a total of 30 games which is going to release on the next-gen console till now. But here we are only focus on the top 5 games, which is perfect in every way. Whether it is graphic or game-play every thing seems perfect and their trailers are also amazing and exciting.

The first trailer for Returnal follows a astronaut on an alien planet as she endures a cycle of death and awakening. After watching the trailer we can gauge that the player are trying to survive the extraterrestrial threats. According to the PlayStation blog post, the game is a roguelike third-person shooter across a hostile planet that alters itself every time you die. “Players can switch instinctively between firing modes by using a single adaptive trigger and can get right back into the action after dying”.
Unfortunately, Sony wasn’t ready to announce the Returnal release date, so all we know so far is that the game is coming to PS5 at some point in 2021.
Sackboy A Big Adventure from Sumo Digital.
This game is just amazing, Sackboy: A Big Adventure is an upcoming platform game developed by Sumo Digital and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 5. It seem to be a 2.5d platforming game that can be enjoyed by up to 4 players. The game follows sackboy who has featured in previous LittleBigPlanet games.
As per Official Playstation 5 blog “Iconic PlayStation hero Sackboy returns in an all-new 3D adventure with a deeply immersive and expressive control scheme. Players can go on this epic platforming journey solo-style, or they can team up with friends for collaborative, chaotic multiplayer fun”.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart from Insomniac Games.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is an upcoming third person shooting and survival game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 5. It will be the second game of the series Ratchet & Clank released in 2016. In this series the main focus is on ratchet and a new female character is also introduce which is also playable.
Players will seamlessly travel through different dimensions in mid-gameplay, thanks to PS5’s ultra-high speed SSD. The DualSense wireless controller brings combat to life, with haptic feedback and the adaptive triggers adding powerful sensations that increase immersion in combat.
Astro’s Playroom is an upcoming 3D plat-former developed by SIE Japan Studio’s ASOBI Team divsion. The game is a sequel to Astro Bot Rescue Mission and is loaded to every PlayStation 5 console without use of downloading. But a new game-play demo from Geoff Keighley shows off the game’s real purpose which is to introduce player the new console dual sense controller.
According to Keighley, the DualSense is heavier than the DualShock 4, and it has more “heft to it, in a good way.” But the more interesting part of the video comes from his short playthrough of Astro’s Playroom, which, as shown by Keighley, is purpose-built to showcase DualSense features new and old.
Gran Turismo 7
Gran Turismo 7 is an upcoming racing game developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game will be the eighth mainline installment in the Gran Turismo series. An even more realistic driving experience awaits thanks to haptic feedback, which brings to life what it’s like when the tires hit the road.
Sony didn’t share a release date for the game but it is likely to be release around 2021. As for price, the standard edition will likely sell for around £50 while a more limited edition of GT7 will be priced between £70-80.
